If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use this information only to understand your request, respond to you, and maintain a reasonable record of support communication.

2. Information stored in your browser

Catalog favorites are stored as product IDs in localStorage.fallows. Cart selections and quantities are stored in localStorage.cart. Theme preference is stored in localStorage.theme, and cookie consent status is stored in localStorage.cookieConsent. These values remain in your browser unless you remove them.

3. Website operation

The catalog page requests the public catalog.json file to display course information. We do not use that file to identify visitors. We do not use images or hidden tracking pixels on this site.

4. Cookies and similar storage

The site presents an essential-preference notice. You may clear browser storage at any time. Clearing it removes saved courses, cart contents, theme preference, and consent status.

5. Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Contact details are shared only with service providers needed to operate communication systems or where required by law. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated support purpose.

6. Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction, or ask us to delete information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Email [email protected].

Our educational materials are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13. Users should follow product labels, local water rules, and vehicle manufacturer guidance.
